OUR LOCATION
Surrounded by the Chippewa National Forest, Horseshoe Resort is on the north side of Minnesota’s Cass Lake at the water’s edge; we are secluded yet on blacktop road where the ditches are ablaze with wildflowers all summer long. Our park-like setting of oaks and pines offers you level ground to the lakeshore, a protected, lighted harbor, and a great dock system.
FUN AND FROLICK
Cass Lake is rated in the top ten for Walleye and Muskie. It is also known for its Jumbo Perch, Northern Pike, Largemouth Bass, and panfish. For a quiet day but plenty of panfish, take a short walk, where our property adjoins Lost Lake. It’s a nice place to have a private picnic, a good place for the kids to swim, and boats are available for fishing. Our cottages range from economy to luxury and are well furnished. All cabins have 32″ flat screen TV’s with cable.Eat and drink or play games at “The Eagles Landing” – our community room, coin-operated laundry is also available. Take your children to our playground or the sandy beach to build sandcastles or take them for a ride on the paddle boat.
